Even a straightforward booking, a venue wants a band for a date, they agree a price, usually happens over email or WhatsApp: a slow back-and-forth of "does that date work," "what's your fee," "can you confirm," with nothing written down either side can point back to later.
Bookings turns that into one real flow: a proposed date and fee, accepted or countered in a couple of taps, with a record both sides can actually see, not a scroll back through a group chat trying to remember what was agreed.
Planned, not built yet. It's meant to sit on top of the booking marketplace and the gig guide, the connective tissue between "we found each other" and "we're actually booked."
