Booking without the back-and-forth
Send and accept a booking without twenty messages back and forth.

Even a straightforward booking, a venue wants a band for a date, they agree a price, usually happens over email or WhatsApp: a slow back-and-forth of "does that date work," "what's your fee," "can you confirm," with nothing written down either side can point back to later.
Most of that is dead before it starts. Here's what actually happens now, start to finish.
Before they even ask
The press kit has the photos, the set list and the testimonials. The packages have real prices, not “get in touch for a quote.” Check availability gives a straight yes or no on the date, pulled live from the band’s own diary.
The enquiry
Lands next to the whole band’s real availability, gig nights already marked busy. One reply, from the dashboard or straight from your own inbox, whichever you’d rather work from.
The moment it's booked
A proper written confirmation goes out to the booker automatically, not a status only the band can see. One more click drops it onto the diary, pre-filled, nothing to re-type.
Then it looks after itself
The venue’s own page picks up the show. The band’s shareable calendar fills in. Followers get a gig alert if it’s public. Every other member with an account gets emailed too, so nobody hears about their own gig in the group chat.

A real example, not an actual booking, sent automatically the moment a band marks an enquiry booked.
